We care for one another, find new ideas to accelerate medicine, and seed a long-term impact for generations.</p> <p>Position Overview</p> <p>As a Team Leader, Warehouse Specialist at Care Access, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse and logistics processes. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, you will oversee the daily activities of the warehouse team, manage inventory levels, and ensure timely and accurate shipments.</p> <p>What You'll Be Working On (Responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to):</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrate proficiency in fulfilling duties associated with a warehouse specialist role as required. </li><li>Supervising and coordinating warehouse staff to ensure all operations dead lines are met. </li><li>Training and mentoring warehouse specialists on best practices and procedures. </li><li>Efficiently coordinate and schedule calibrations across the company, ensuring timely and effective management of calibration processes. </li><li>Overseeing the receiving, processing, and storing of incoming stock and materials. </li><li>Managing inventory levels and conducting regular cycle counts to maintain accuracy. </li><li>Collaborating with other departments to fulfill orders and resolve any issues or discrepancies. </li><li>Utilizing warehouse management software to track inventory and generate reports. </li><li>Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. </li><li>Troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating equipment maintenance as needed. </li><li>Assisting the Warehouse Manager in implementing process improvements and cost-saving initiatives. </li><li>Systematically gathering and analyzing data to inform decision-making processes and strategic planning. </li></ul> <p>Physical and Travel Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 100 pounds with the proper equipment. </li><li>Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, rolling carts, dollies and mechanical pallet stackers. </li><li>Willingness to perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, kneeling, and climbing ladders as required. </li><li>Occasional travel may be required for offsite equipment retrieval or training purposes. </li><li>Utilize hand tools for assembling shelves, installing appliances, and laptops for general data entry tasks. </li></ul> <p>What You Bring (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):</p> <ul> <li>Experience driving large vehicles or trucks preferred. </li><li>Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a warehouse environment. </li><li>Familiarity with inventory management systems and logistics software. </li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges. </li><li>Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace. </li></ul> <p>Certifications/Licenses, Education, and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma </li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations. </li><li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. </li></ul> <p>Benefits (US Full-Time Employees Only)</p> <ul> <li>Paid Time Off (PTO) and Company Paid Holidays </li><li>100% Employer paid medical, dental, and vision insurance plan options </li><li>Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Accounts </li><li>Bi-weekly HSA employer contribution </li><li>Company paid Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability </li><li>401(k) Retirement Plan, with Company Match </li></ul> <p>$58,000 - $67,000 a year</p> <p>Diversity & Inclusion</p> <p>We serve patients and researchers from diverse cultures and communities around the world.
