Assisting is day to day operations of a Hospitalist Department. Tasks include but are not limited to, data entry, answering phones, emails, meeting set ups, and manager support.</p> <p>What you will need:</p> <p>A minimum of 3-5 years of secretarial/office experience at the administrative level</p> <p>Excellent organizational and operational management skills</p> <p>Function independently with ability to make and carryout decisions</p> <p>Computer skills (Microsoft Office / Access/ Kronos)</p> <p>Medical transcription</p> <p>Data entry</p> <p>Excellent written and verbal skills</p> <p>Ability to record and transcribe minutes</p> <p>Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion</p> <p>Pay Range: $19.20-$25.58</p> <p>Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
