We also offer company-provided short-term disability, an employee assistance program, and a wellness program.</p> <p>Position Overview:</p> <p>The HMDA Analyst ensures compliance with HMDA requirements by reviewing and processing adverse requests as well as ensuring data document integrity and correcting any data errors as applicable to Reg C.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Conduct compliance testing and reporting based on HMDA and Fair Lending regulation and examination findings.</p> </li><li> <p>Review and process requests for file actions for data document integrity, including proper HMDA coding.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide periodic or as-requested testing reports to Compliance management.</p> </li><li> <p>Review and process HMDA edits, including compiling edits report.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual HMDA data compilation, maintenance, and submission.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain effective communication with production and operations associates for completion of required loan data integrity and supporting documentation.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate consistently to Compliance management patterns of findings through weekly reporting or immediate escalation.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain an understanding of the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA).</p> </li><li> <p>Adhere to all applicable compliance regulations.</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in offered continuing compliance education or training consisting of:</p> </li><li> <p>Webinars offered through vendors or regulatory agencies,</p> </li><li> <p>Internal update conference calls,</p> </li><li> <p>CCM LMS required training.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain Standard Monitoring Procedures for HMDA filing, action recommendation requests, HMDA LAR assembly and maintenance, and HMDA edits and reporting.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications and Skills:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Associates degree or 2 years' HMDA mortgage experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Understanding of HMDA edits, data document integrity, and HMDA filing.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of Encompass and QuestSoft, preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in Microsoft Office, and advanced Excel skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</p> </li></ul> <p>This job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the job and the general nature and level of work performed by job holders within this job.
