Create, review and execute test cases efficiently. </li><li>Manage testing capacity, risk analysis, priorities. Define test data and test environment configuration requirements. </li><li>Ensure that the product change meets the specification or customer expectation. Communicate and track any defects or differences in function between the program and the spec or customer expectation. </li><li>Provide timely, clear and concise feedback regarding the quality results to the stake holders. Follow-up on assigned tasks for self and project team members, keep correspondence informative and timely. </li><li>Test status, metrics, and closure reporting. </li><li>Develop, review, execute and approve the results of all automated tests. </li><li>Analyze current processes and practices. Suggest/drive quality improvements in the development cycle. </li><li>Mentor QA testers and analysts. </li><li>Be the subject matter expert for the product or project assigned. Train other analysts in the product features, functions and department processes. </li></ul> <p>Relevant Work Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Seven years' experience in IT QA. </li><li>Proficient with testing tools: HP Quality Center or Microsoft Test Manager (4+ yrs experience) </li><li>SQL expertise (4+ yrs) </li><li>Proficient with automation tools - including automation architecture (ex. HP UFT, Selenium, or Microsoft Coded UI) (4+ yrs) </li><li>Data integrity testing using Excel or SQL (3+ yrs) </li><li>Proficient with at least one major programming language (2+ yrs) </li><li>Proficient Web services testing (2+ yrs) </li><li>Managed testing for integration across development teams (3+ yrs) </li><li>Managed test case coverage for a product or project </li><li>Testing proficiency in multiple SDLC's (Agile, waterfall) </li><li>Experience directing, leading, mentoring others in QA team (3+ yrs) </li><li>Thorough understanding of major testing types including system/integration, regression and Default/error testing (5+ yrs) </li></ul> <p>#LI-BS1</p> <p>#LI-REMOTE</p> <p>At Holman, we exist to provide rewarding careers and better lives for employees and their families.
