If you're ready to take your career to the next level, we are here to help get your resume to the top and connect you with a company that values your expertise.</p> <p>What You Need?</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED. </li><li>10+ years of HVAC experience working on commercial/industrial HVAC equipment/systems. </li><li>Must have a valid driver's license and Universal Recovery Certification. </li><li>Refrigerant Transition and Recovery Certification, including Type I (Small Appliances), Type II (High & Very High-Pressure Appliances), and Type III (Low-Pressure Appliances). </li><li>Certified to operate forklifts and aerial lift equipment. </li><li>Strong ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, and procedural documents, with effective communication skills for reporting and presentations. </li><li>Proficient in basic math operations, problem-solving, and applying logical reasoning to interpret instructions in written, oral, or diagram form. </li></ul> <p>HVAC Technician Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Review system blueprints, specifications, and performance data to determine the configuration and purpose of HVAC components. </li><li>Inspect and test system components to ensure compliance with plans, detect malfunctions, and verify proper operation. </li><li>Operate and adjust HVAC equipment, including compressors, pumps, valves, and controls, to maintain optimal system performance. </li><li>Monitor the Energy Management System, respond to alarms, and address temperature complaints from associates. </li><li>Perform repairs by dismantling malfunctioning systems, replacing defective parts, and installing necessary components such as wiring, ducts, and pipes. </li><li>Conduct preventative maintenance, lubricate equipment, and ensure proper airflow requirements for buildings. </li><li>Maintain inventory, organize tools and supplies, complete required paperwork, and attend training sessions to stay updated on HVAC advancements. </li></ul> <p>Why Work With Us?</p> <ul> <li>Pay Rate: $31 per hour </li><li>Schedule: 2nd Shift </li><li>Benefits: Health insurance, retirement plans, professional development opportunities, and more! </li></ul> <p>Ready to take the next step in your HVAC career?
