<p>Nemours is seeking an Imaging Service Engineer II to join our Nemours Children's Health team in Wilmington, DE.</p> <p>The Imaging Service Engineer II (ISE) is responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and calibrating a wide range of diagnostic imaging and/or therapeutic radiation equipment.</p> <p>This multi-modality, multi-vendor in-house imaging position requires a high level of technical expertise. The role requires participation in on-call rotations. Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) training is available.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ol> <li> <p>Inspect, maintain, repair, and calibrate imaging equipment and systems.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide technical support for imaging equipment used in direct patient care.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Routinely interact with clinical health providers to identify and resolve technology-based issues.</p> </li><li> <p>Address organization-level customer service concerns and complaints.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare required documentation and reports.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrate a safety-focused approach to all tasks.</p> </li><li> <p>Practice fiscal responsibility when purchasing parts and services.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage and schedule vendor services as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Guide clinical staff in the proper operation of imaging equipment when necessary.</p> </li><li> <p>Accurately document work performed and maintain detailed equipment records.</p> </li><li> <p>Plan and schedule service and maintenance duties.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist the management team in evaluating contract levels.</p> </li><li> <p>Support vendors during repairs and preventive maintenance tasks as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in the on-call rotation every third week for imaging equipment support (subject to change based on company needs).</p> </li><li> <p>Provides training to Imaging team when needed and acts as a mentor to ISE 1.</p> </li><li> <p>Leads or manages vendor during mission critical equipment repairs.</p> </li><li> <p>Assists ISE 3 or Supervisor develop maintenance schedules.</p> </li><li> <p>Additional duties may be assigned as needed by management.</p> </li></ol> <p>Requirements</p> <p>High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree is preferred</p> <p>Minimum 3 years imaging equipment repair and preventive maintenance experience is required.</p> <p>Preferred Equipment Familiarity:</p> <ul> <li>MRI: GE Signa Premier, Siemens Magnetom Sola </li><li>CT: Siemens Definition family </li><li>Nuclear Medicine: Siemens Symbia Evo/Intevo </li><li>Interventional Radiology: Philips Azurion, Canon Infinix/Alphenix </li><li>Radiography & Fluoroscopy: Philips Digital Diagnost, Philips Easy Diagnost, Siemens CIOS, Fujifilm FDR Go/Go Plus, Fujifilm DEVO Suite </li></ul>
