<p>Crystal Springs is looking for a host to be the welcoming face of our resort, and to ensure customer satisfaction. The Hostess is responsible for greeting and seating guests and performing a variety of other tasks within a restaurant establishment, which may include ringing up orders, refilling beverages, setting tables, and cleaning eating/serving areas; performing all other responsibilities as assigned by management.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Maintains consistent attention to the entrance of the restaurant and welcomes all guests with a smile and a welcoming greeting </li><li>Records customer reservations or seating times in a consistent manner providing the highest quality of service to the customer at all times </li><li>Set tables with appropriate silverware, glass and china; maintain neat and clean work station during service </li><li>Seats guests and presents the menu </li><li>Oversees the delivery and servicing of food and beverages </li><li>Communicates with the wait staff and other restaurant personnel to ensure the guests' experience meets company standards </li><li>Performs the tasks of the cashier and/or bus person as required including cashing out guests checks to speed up service </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Two years of prior restaurant experience preferred </li><li>Ability to interact with guests and co-workers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner </li><li>Ability to stand for long periods of time </li><li>Must be 18 years of age or older </li><li>Must have weekend and holiday availability </li><li>This position will start in May* </li></ul> <p>Enjoy Crystal Springs Employee Perks!</p> <ul> <li>Discounted Minerals Sports Club Membership </li><li>30% Dining/Retail Discount </li><li>30% Spa Discount </li><li>Discounted Stays at the Hotels </li><li>Discounted admission to Events & Festivals </li><li>Complimentary Golf </li></ul>
