<p>Supplier Quality Engineer (f/m/d)</p> <p>Industry</p> <p>Automotive</p> <p>Locations</p> <p>Detroit (MI, USA), Greenville (SC, USA)</p> <p>What you'll do</p> <p>As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you will work closely with our clients and their suppliers to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards. Your responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Conducting supplier audits, process validations, and quality assessments. </li><li>Leading root cause analysis and corrective action processes to resolve quality issues. </li><li>Managing APQP, PPAP, and other quality documentation to ensure supplier compliance. </li><li>Monitoring supplier performance using key quality metrics and driving improvements. </li><li>Collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure smooth product launches and production. </li><li>Ensuring suppliers meet industry standards and client-specific requirements. </li><li>Support our great team by taking on internal work and coaching others. </li></ul> <p>Who you are</p> <p>You have 2-5 years of experience in supplier quality, manufacturing quality, or a related field.You have a background in manufacturing and experience with quality systems.You are familiar with quality tools and methodologies (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, 8D, etc.).You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.You can effectively communicate and collaborate with suppliers, engineers, and management.Your English skills are solid, German and/or Spanish is a plus.You are willing to travel.You are legally authorized to work in the U.S.</p> <p>Good to know</p> <ul> <li>We offer a competitive salary with bonus potential. </li><li>You get up to 20 days PTO and 10 paid company holidays. </li><li>We offer mentorship and onboarding programs and a flat hierarchy. </li><li>You can get healthcare, life insurance, dental & vision, 401(k) matching. </li><li>We offer national and international travel opportunities. </li><li>You have career opportunities in a fast-growing company and work in small, efficient project teams. </li></ul>
