<p>Tasks</p> <p>Inside the Role</p> <p>At DTNA, we optimize material retrieval equipment and software systems to ensure seamless logistics operations. We are seeking a highly technical Process Engineer to identify root causes of system inefficiencies, implement corrective actions, and enhance logistics processes in collaboration with corporate teams. This role will oversee automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS),warehouse management software, and logistics KPIs while supporting packaging improvements, kitting layouts, and material flow optimization. Your expertise will drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity in our manufacturing logistics environment.</p> <p>Posting Information</p> <p>We provide a scheduled posting end date to assist our candidates with their application planning. While this date reflects our latest plans, it is subject to change, and postings may be extended or removed earlier than expected.</p> <p>We Take Care of Our Team</p> <p>Position offers a starting salary range of?$82,000 - $104,500 USD</p> <p>Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and?experience</p> <p>Benefits include annual bonus program; 401k?company contribution with company match up to?6% as well as non-elective company contribution of?3 - 7% depending on age;?starting at 4 weeks paid?vacation; 13+ calendar holidays; 8 weeks paid?parental leave; employee assistance program;?comprehensive healthcare plans and wellness?programs; onsite fitness (at some locations); tuition?assistance and volunteer paid time off; short-term?and long-term disability plans.</p> <p>What You Drive at DTNA:</p> <ul> <li>Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize logistics systems, including Manhattan WMS, Dematicsoftware, EMS, and EDI systems, to ensure efficient material flow. </li><li>Manage operational uptime and performance KPIs (run time, pick rates, TPM, etc.) forlogistics automation and software systems. </li><li>Develop and maintain alerts and diagnostics for system efficiency, uptime, and softwarecommunication. </li><li>Implement configuration changes and process improvements for automated storage andretrieval systems (AS/RS). </li><li>Support packaging and material flow enhancements for logistics delivery processes (Kanban,repack, kitting, etc.). </li><li>Lead integration of new parts and packaging into shuttle/logistics systems, ensuringcompatibility and future scalability. </li><li>Assist with kitting layouts, space utilization, and material flow optimizations within the facility.• Drive project management activities with third-party vendors, software providers, andcorporate logistics teams. </li><li>Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Manufacturing Engineering, Operating Units,Facilities, and Contractors. </li><li>Present findings, recommendations, and performance data to multiple levels of management. </li><li>Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards in all logistics processes. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge You Should Bring:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Materials, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related technical field). </li><li>3-5 years of experience in manufacturing logistics, engineering, or operations. </li><li>Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal) to effectively communicate with Mexico-based manufacturing and logistics teams. </li><li>Strong foundation in mechanical, electrical, industrial, and software engineering principles for optimizing logistics systems. </li><li>Hands-on experience with warehouse management software (WMS), logistics automation, and data-driven decision-making. </li><li>Proficiency in analyzing and optimizing material flow and logistics processes. </li><li>Strong written/verbal communication and ability to create technical reports, presentations, and project schedules. </li><li>Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while working with diverse stakeholders. </li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD to provide material flow layouts and diagrams. </li></ul> <p>Exceptional Candidates Might Have</p> <ul> <li>Project management experience with demonstrated success leading process improvement initiatives. </li><li>Hands-on experience with Manhattan WMS, Dematic software, and pick-to-light systems. </li><li>Expertise in automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS). </li><li>Participation in process development and qualification of warehouse systems in a production environment. </li><li>Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Tableau for data visualization and process analysis. </li><li>Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies preferred. </li></ul> <p>#LI-LL1 #LI-Onsite</p> <p>Where We Work</p> <p>This position is open to applicants who can work in (or relocate to) the following location(s)-</p> <p>Cleveland, NC US.
