<p>Your Opportunity as the Project Manager, IS PMO</p> <p>Location: Orrville, OH (Close proximity to Cleveland/Akron)</p> <p>Work Arrangements: Hybrid ~30% in office presence</p> <p>In this role you will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Acts as the Project Manager (PM) for assigned large, complex IS application development and packaged software implementation projects</p> </li><li> <p>Delivers project scope (people, process, and technology) on time and on budget</p> </li><li> <p>Leverages standard project methodology and manages projects in support of Triple Constraints</p> </li><li> <p>Manages project budget and resource allocations</p> </li><li> <p>Creates deliverables such as test plans and project plans</p> </li><li> <p>Defines resource requirements by project (type, amount, timing)</p> </li><li> <p>Supports and enforces standards and methodologies around business process development, project management and change management</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitates business requirements based on business needs and gaps collaboratively with Subject Matter Experts</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitates business process improvements through discussion, facilitation, process modeling, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Assists in defining business metrics to manage and improve processes</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure buy-in by key stakeholders of recommended solutions</p> </li><li> <p>Highlights process changes and provides input on potential impact to the organization and/or roles and participates in People Change Management deliverables</p> </li></ul> <p>The Right Place for You</p> <p>We are bold, kind, strive to do the right thing, we play to win, and we believe in a strong community that thrives together.
