<p>Job Description</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>Responsible for maintaining the talent management systems which includes assisting with technology to manage effective programs/processes for retention, performance, and succession planning.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide support for software applications, including Workday and Work Human</p> </li><li> <p>Recommend improvements to procedures, and customer service enhancements</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure total document/data integrity</p> </li><li> <p>HR technology project management</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor, identify and recommend talent management efficiencies</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in developing and implementing performance management tools</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure compliance with Northwest's policies and procedures, and Federal/State regulations</p> </li><li> <p>Navigate Microsoft Office Software, computer applications, and software specific to the department in order to maximize technology tools and gain efficiency</p> </li><li> <p>Work as part of a team</p> </li><li> <p>Work with on-site equipment</p> </li></ul> <p>Education + Experience</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree preferred</p> </li><li> <p>5-6 years of experience with Workday and/or other HR system required</p> </li><li> <p>3-5 years of data analysis experience preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Workday experience required</p> </li></ul> <p>#LI-EK1</p> <p>Northwest is an equal opportunity employer.
