We share the commitment to delivering a coordinated and comprehensive experience across all locations, ensuring the appropriate level of care is available to every patient across our care delivery sites.</p> <p>We are located at the convenient location of 194 North Street in Danvers, MA.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>We are seeking a full time, 40-hour Medical Assistant to support the practice Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:45am to 6:15pm. This schedule will begin upon the successful completion of a 90-day training period, which takes place Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.</p> <p>Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Ensuring efficient patient flow through the office </li><li>Assisting during office visits (rooming, examinations, procedures, and -treatments as directed) </li><li>Performing clinically appropriate tasks related to coordination of care (general patient guidance, test results, prescription refills, etc.) </li><li>Maintaining neat, clean, and safe patient care areas </li><li>Interacting with patients and their families in a professional, friendly manner consistent with their needs </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma/GED </li><li>Either BLS or Annual Manikin training including CPR and AED after 6 months of hire </li></ul> <p>Additional Job Details (if applicable)</p> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Medical Assistant Course or diploma program or a minimum of 1-year professional experience </li><li>National MA Certification via AAMA, AMT, NHA, or NCCT </li></ul> <p>Remote Type</p> <p>Onsite</p> <p>Work Location</p> <p>194 North Street</p> <p>Scheduled Weekly Hours</p> <p>40</p> <p>Employee Type</p> <p>Regular</p> <p>Work Shift</p> <p>Day (United States of America)</p> <p>EEO Statement:</p> <p>Mass General Brigham Medical Group Northern Massachusetts, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
