<p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Build excellent relationships with customers of our team as you work to understand requirements and design solutions for needed dashboards, reports and analyses </li><li>Develop a deep understanding of Medica's data warehouse and other data sources </li><li>Design and develop new dashboards and reporting applications from end to end (data loading/modeling, reports, and visualizations) </li><li>Maintain and update existing dashboards </li><li>Assist in team project planning / project-management </li></ul> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, information systems, software engineering, related field or equivalent experience </li><li>5+ years of relevant experience including substantial work with BI tools and data visualization/reporting </li><li>Experience with health insurance data and analytics </li><li>Advanced proficiency writing SQL </li><li>Understanding of data warehouse concepts (star schemas, joins, indexes, etc.) </li><li>Strong communication skills and experience working with a team </li><li>The ability to work both collaboratively and independently </li></ul> <p>Nice to have:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with Snowflake data warehouse </li><li>Experience with SAS </li><li>Experience with Oracle Analytics or Oracle Business Intelligence </li><li>Experience using Git for version control and collaborating using tools like GitHub, GitLab </li></ul> <p>The full salary range for this position is $113,100 - $193,900. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
