Do clients rely on you to create and communicate the detailed technology architecture and implementation strategy for the solution? If leading technical teams through the design and development of complex transactional systems sounds like a challenge you want to tackle, then we want to meet you.</p> <p>The work:</p> <ul> <li>Plans and performs analysis of Order Management activities and/or functions and guides the subsequent design and implementation or improvement of existing OMS applications </li><li>Offers suggestions and recommendations during solution design and execution phase from a functional perspective to ensure business intent is understood by the project team </li><li>Serves as the bridge/translator between the business team and technical resources during development and implementation to ensure that requirements and dependencies are well understood </li><li>Assist with business process redesign, roadmap planning, loyalty programs, and identifying touch points through multi-channel applications </li><li>Assist clients to prepare for ongoing operations post-launch i.e., support preparation of staffing or change management plans </li><li>Mentor and coach team members by sharing perspective and knowledge of OMS initiatives and maintaining open dialogue with colleagues and clients </li><li>Support the development of strong client relationships by building trust, rapport and strong working relationships with key sponsors, stakeholders, and team members </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Here's what you'll need:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of full lifecycle implementation experience using various SDLC methodologies </li><li>2+ years of experience in tactical deployment or re-launch of Salesforce OMS </li></ul> <p>Bonus points if:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of OMS domain. Understand OMS workflows covering Sales, Return, Exchange, Repair, Transfer, Procurement scenarios) </li><li>Knowledge of OMS processes and how OMS interacts and integrates with larger technical landscape (Commerce, Service, ERP/Fulfillment, Third party - Fraud, Payment, Tax etc.) </li><li>Be able to come up with OMS Test Scenarios and test cases </li><li>Identify and generate data that is needed for solution development and testing & support end-to-end testing and UAT </li><li>Knowledge of SF-OMS and SF-OCI platforms. Ability to setup and configure OMS workflows using the Salesforce platform </li><li>Knowledge of the SF-OMS/OCI data model and the interaction of various data entities in order to deliver OMS capabilities </li><li>Ability to arrive at and provide solution options to OMS problems including pros and cons, value case, recommendations </li><li>Ability to articulate, document and maintain requirements and requirements traceability </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
