Provides the highest quality of service and respect to others at all times.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ol> <li>Formal Education Required: </li></ol> <p>a. Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.</p> <ol start="2"> <li>Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications: </li></ol> <p>a. Must possess knowledge of and be in compliance with local, state, and federal food handling regulations (i.e., HACCP)</p> <p>b. Ability to assemble and pass trays</p> <p>c. Demonstrates a helpful and pleasant behavior when communicating with visitors, hospital personnel, physicians and co-workers</p> <p>d. Population Specific Competency: Ability to effectively interact with populations of patients/customers with an understanding of their needs for self-respect and dignity.</p> <ol start="3"> <li>Level of Physical Demands: </li></ol> <p>a. Medium: Exerts 20-50 pounds of force occasionally and/or ten to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force continuously to move objects.</p> <p>b.
