We offer integrated managed care products, pharmaceutical benefit management and specialty pharmacy services, behavioral health services, and other administrative services.</p> <p>Discover more about us at www.amerihealthcaritas.com.</p> <p>Note: This role is required to be onsite at our Newtown Square, PA office three times per week.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>Reporting to the VP, Talent Acquisition, the Executive Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for developing and executing strategies for proactive sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing executive level (VP and above) candidates across the enterprise while providing an exceptional candidate experience.</p> <p>This role will be responsible for full lifecycle recruiting, including screening of candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural compatibility, managing the interview process through selection, and facilitating the offer negotiation process through to candidate start.</p> <p>Although this position will primarily be focused on executive level positions, other senior level and niche requisitions and sourcing will be assigned as needed.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Proactively identify executive level candidate leads, developing and nurturing strong relationships within the market while keeping abreast of labor market changes impacting candidate supply and demand. </li><li>Partner closely with senior leaders and human resources business partners to build proactive talent pipelines aligned to new growth, succession planning, and more. </li><li>Build strong relationships and consult with top level executives across the enterprise on best-in-class hiring strategies, managing all executive recruitment (VP and above). </li><li>Develop and maintain excellent internal and external relationships necessary to achieve market expertise and to build credibility, including relationships with key contacts and candidate leads throughout the healthcare/managed care industry. </li><li>Engage and manage the relationships with contingent and retained recruiting firms and other vendors as needed. </li></ul> <p>Education/Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. </li><li>A minimum of 5 years of experience within Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years of experience managing executive level recruitment. </li></ul> <p>Other Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Experience building proactive candidate talent pools and nurturing long-term relationships with key external leads. </li><li>Prior experience working with candidate relationship management systems is strongly preferred. </li><li>Demonstrated leadership presence and ability to interact with the most senior levels of the organization. </li><li>Ability to build strong business acumen and knowledge of competitors in the healthcare/managed care space. </li><li>Strong knowledge of recruitment compliance and standards. </li><li>Ability to develop, negotiate and close complex hiring deals with detailed knowledge of executive compensation components. </li><li>Business acumen and organizational savvy necessary to understand and anticipate future business and talent needs. </li><li>Ability to build strong partnerships with HR business partners and across HR centers of excellence. </li><li>Ability to think conceptually and strategically, while maintaining a results-driven approach. </li><li>Ability to prioritize on a consistent basis in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. </li></ul> <p>Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion</p> <p>At Amerihealth Caritas, everyone can feel valued, supported, and comfortable to be themselves.
