<p>Scheduler</p> <p>PBF Energy Inc. (NYSE:PBF) is one of the largest independent refiners in North America, operating through its subsidiaries, oil refineries and related facilities. We are seeking a talented Scheduler to join our team as a pivotal member that would play a key role here at PBF Energy. This role would be located onsite at our Company headquarters in Parsippany, NJ.</p> <p>Responsible for scheduling the movement of crude/clean oil or oil products via various methods of transportation: waterborne, pipeline, rail, truck.</p> <p>PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Schedule the movement of crude and clean oil and/or oil products via various methods of transportation including; waterborne, pipeline, rail and truck of a more complex, voluminous nature</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate with the refineries and Traders on inventory levels, production forecasts, purchase and sales obligations</p> </li><li> <p>Understand the logistics around all Oil contracts</p> </li><li> <p>Understand all Quantity and Quality issues with Oil contracts</p> </li><li> <p>Understand and accrue all secondary costs for purchase and sales obligations</p> </li><li> <p>Review and approve vendor/supplier invoices</p> </li><li> <p>Review and understand Oil contracts</p> </li><li> <p>Input data into ETRM system in a timely and accurate manner</p> </li><li> <p>Track and schedule Renewable Volume Obligations and RINS positions.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist accounting with issues/adjustments as needed</p> </li></ul> <p>JOB QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Degree in Business or related discipline</p> </li><li> <p>2+ years experience in logistics, supply chain or scheduling environment with commodity products preferred- preferably in the oil/energy industry</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working in an environment interacting with internal and external customers preferred</p> </li><li> <p>MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</p> </li><li> <p>ERP System experience, RightAngle preferred</p> </li><li> <p>ONLY CANDIDATES MEETING THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS WILL BE CONSIDERED.</p> </li><li> <p>FOR SERIOUS CONSIDERATION, PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR SALARY REQUIREMENTS.</p> </li></ul> <p>We thank all respondents for their interest in PBF Holding Company LLC ("PBF Energy"), however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
