Our teams deliver the Holman Experience by treating our customers and each other as we would like to be treated, and creating positive, rewarding relationships all around.</p> <p>The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.</p> <p>Principal Purpose of Position:</p> <ul> <li>Works closely with State DMV contacts, vendors, and client to ensure that all vehicle titling is compliant with state requirements and that replacement titles requests are completed in a timely manner. </li><li>Generates payment for vendors and State DMV's for completion of title application process. </li><li>Processes all title requests from multiple sources. </li><li>Researches and communicates changes in state laws and requirements. </li><li>Conducts research, compiles data, and prepares documents for cross-departmental processes. </li><li>Maintains and ensures data integrity of vehicle information. </li><li>Works closely with Licensing Analyst on client specific parameters. </li><li>Works with clients to ensure all of the required state documentation and inspections are included with licensing paperwork. </li><li>Maintains direct contact with State and DMV Agencies, and proactively follows up for status. </li><li>Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Education and/or Training:</p> <ul> <li>Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred, but not required. </li></ul> <p>Planning/Organizing/Managerial Knowledge:</p> <ul> <li>Must have excellent organization skills, detail oriented and ability to handle multiple priorities to meet required deadlines. </li><li>The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail is required. </li><li>Must have a functional knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. </li><li>Ability to work independently in a team environment. </li></ul> <p>#LI-CD1</p> <p>At Holman, we exist to provide rewarding careers and better lives for employees and their families.
