If you are seeking an opportunity to join a talented team of dedicated professionals in a company that keeps North America moving, we invite you to apply!</p> <p>Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>This position is responsible for the overall successful operations of KAG tank wash business unit including commercialization efforts, safety practices, and capital planning for facilities.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Commercialize tank wash operations where market needs exist, including establishment of tank cleaning rates, customer contract management, and sales development. </li><li>Collaborate with Operations leaders to create annual plans- budgetary, sales, capital. </li><li>Responsible for P/L of Tank Wash business. </li><li>Work with state and federal government agencies to assure KAG tank wash facilities (and all other KAG operating locations) are within standards. </li><li>KPI development for Tank Wash operating efficiency. </li><li>Responsible for safe operation of tank wash locations. </li><li>Responsible for Customer Audits, Q/A Programs that are aligned with industry and customer standards </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in transportation or equivalent related experience preferred </li><li>7-10 years of experience in tank wash operations or business-related skills </li><li>EHS background </li><li>Tank wash operations background </li><li>Leadership skills </li><li>Excellent Organizational skills </li><li>Bachelor of Science in related field of study </li></ul> <p>Kenan Advantage Group, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
