<p>Job Description</p> <p>Production Specialist</p> <p>Location: 2100 Gardner Expressway, Quincy, IL 62301</p> <p>Shift: 12-hour shifts on a rotational/swing schedule</p> <p>Job Type: Full Time</p> <p>Compensation: $22.35/hour, plus $1.50/hour shift differential for 12-hour rotating/swing shifts</p> <p>Job Duties</p> <ul> <li>Grain and waste handling through scraping, shoveling, and sweeping up soybean product and byproduct </li><li>Operate equipment throughout the facility which may include tractors with front loaders, skid-steers, manlifts, forklifts, UTVs, etc. </li><li>Monitor product quality specifications </li><li>Collect product samples and transport them to the lab </li><li>Utilize computer systems to input and record data as required regarding safety, sanitation, maintenance, and process equipment operation </li><li>Interact regularly with peers and management to pursue continuous improvement of facility operations and promote a teamwork focused environment </li><li>Monitor and measure tank levels </li><li>Maintain a safe and clean work environment </li><li>Knowledge, understanding, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>18 years or older </li><li>High School Diploma or GED Equivalent </li><li>Valid Driver's License </li><li>Basic computer skills </li><li>Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation </li><li>Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc. with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) </li><li>Ability to work in elevated areas </li><li>Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written) </li><li>Ability to work overtime including holidays, nights, weekends, or differential shifts </li></ul> <p>ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.</p> <p>REF:96804BR</p>
