This full-time role is integral to our commitment to quality improvement and patient care excellence. While the home base is Tipton, this role will involve travel to other critical access sites.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop, coordinate, implement, and evaluate continuous quality improvement initiatives across all patient populations. </li><li>Lead specific work groups and work independently to identify gaps in clinical care and barriers to access, aligning interventions with the organization's strategic goals. </li><li>Facilitate performance improvement processes in collaboration with project team leaders. </li><li>Conduct training and educational programs for staff and physicians on performance improvement methodologies, data analysis, and work simplification techniques. </li><li>Collaborate with critical access sites and community hospitals to enhance surgical performance, obstetric care, and consistency in healthcare delivery. </li><li>Drive efforts to reduce variances in patient care across different demographics. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) required. </li><li>Masters degree in clinical healthcare or business preferred. </li><li>Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license. </li><li>Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. </li><li>Certified Public Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) certification preferred. </li><li>5-7 years of relevant experience preferred. </li><li>Basic Life Support certification through the AHA., preferred Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies. </li><li>Experience in report writing and graphical display preferred. </li><li>Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Applications preferred. </li></ul> <p>If you are passionate about improving patient care and ready to take on a leadership role in quality coordination, we encourage you to apply to be part of our compassionate and driven team at IU Health!</p>
