Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused in providing superior service.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities of the Utility Person:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Cleans clubhouse restrooms daily.</p> </li><li> <p>Cleans Kitchen daily.</p> </li><li> <p>Cleans, sanitizes and properly stocks of all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping & mopping.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system.</p> </li><li> <p>Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.</p> </li><li> <p>Clean, wash and sanitize all dishes, clean kitchen after close.</p> </li><li> <p>Vacuums and sweeps clubhouse daily.</p> </li><li> <p>Collects trash in and around clubhouse area and disposes in facility dumpster.</p> </li><li> <p>Checks the restrooms on a regular schedule.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains clubhouse cleanliness throughout work shift.</p> </li><li> <p>Cleans and washes golf carts.</p> </li><li> <p>Cleans and maintains an organized golf cart storage facility.</p> </li><li> <p>Assists with set up and cleanup of event tent.</p> </li><li> <p>Assists management team with similar housekeeping tasks when needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Reports all problem situations to the Manager of the Day in a timely manner.</p> </li><li> <p>Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs other duties as required.</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications for the Utility Person:</p> <ul> <li> <p>High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Must have a valid driver's license (if driving golf cars).</p> </li><li> <p>Must have a strong work ethic.</p> </li><li> <p>Must have friendly personality and enjoy working with the public.</p> </li><li> <p>Organized, able to work well in fast paced environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Must have good customer/guest orientation.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely.</p> </li></ul> <p>Other Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Regular and reliable attendance.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job.</p> </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Frequently stands, walks and sits.</p> </li><li> <p>Regularly uses hands, pushes, pulls, reaches with arms and hands, talks and listens.</p> </li><li> <p>Occasionally climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls, crouches.</p> </li><li> <p>Regularly lifts up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds.</p> </li><li> <p>Occasionally works in outdoor weather conditions.</p> </li><li> <p>Frequently works with cleaning supplies and chemicals.</p> </li><li> <p>Noise level is moderate.</p> </li></ul>
