Conducts market research, collaborates with cross-functional teams, designs user experiences, and oversees the product development lifecycle. Applies expertise in user-centric design, agile methodologies, and market trends to help drive the success of digital products and ensure they meet customer needs and expectations.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Defines the vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products, aligning them with business goals, value impact, and customer needs. </li><li>Advocates for the digital product portfolio internally, working closely with stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment with company objectives. </li><li>Develops detailed product requirements, specifications, and user stories to guide the product development process. </li><li>Executes the product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budgetary constraints. </li><li>Analyzes and shares product performance metrics, user feedback, and market data to identify opportunities for improvement and inform product iterations. </li><li>Researches market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and prioritize feature enhancements and new product initiatives. </li><li>Delivers product updates, enhancements, and roadmap to internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent messaging. </li><li>Communicates with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to ensure effective coordination and alignment throughout the product development lifecycle. </li><li>Stays updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital product management, continuously enhancing knowledge and skills to drive product excellence. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification. </li><li>5+ years applicable product management experience </li><li>Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills </li><li>Mastery of collaboration and teamwork </li><li>Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills </li><li>Mastery of execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills </li><li>Mastery of business intelligence common value frameworks and understanding of latest visualization platforms </li><li>Mastery of end to end technical product development and management lifecycle </li><li>Mastery of stakeholder management </li><li>Mastery of storytelling using analytics </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Certified Product Manager (CPM) preferred </li><li>Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate preferred </li><li>Proven track record for 0-1 product management, and 0-100 maintenance optimization </li><li>Deep experience with data science solutions and products </li></ul> <p>Education</p> <p>Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.</p> <p>Pay Range</p> <p>The typical pay range for this role is:</p> <p>$144,200.00 - $288,400.00</p> <p>This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.</p> <p>Our people fuel our future.
