<p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Dental insurance </li><li>Health insurance </li><li>Tuition assistance </li><li>Paid time off </li></ul> <p>Early Intervention Occupational Therapist - 3804</p> <p>Child and Adolescent Services - Early Intervention Program (REACH)</p> <p>Location: Hampshire/Franklin County, MA (Northampton, Greenfield, and North Quabbin)</p> <p>Pay: $29.25+/hr (based on years of Early Intervention experience) + eligible for productivity incentives</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>REACH, our Early Intervention Program, delivers specialized services through a multidisciplinary team to families with children from birth to age three who have, or are at risk for, developmental delays. The program supports parents in understanding their child's developmental needs and equips them with strategies to foster growth. Additionally, REACH offers intensive treatment for families with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Conduct physical assessments for enrolled children to evaluate developmental needs. </li><li>Develop and implement individualized strategies and treatment programs targeting motor skills, sensory integration, and perceptual development. Ensure environmental adaptations to promote autonomy. </li><li>Educate parents/guardians and team members on occupational therapy interventions, providing counsel, support, and advocacy training to parents. </li><li>Maintain accurate and timely clinical and administrative records in compliance with federal/state regulations and program policies. </li><li>Address family issues and service coordination needs in collaboration with service coordinators, team leaders, and other providers. </li><li>Deliver occupational therapy services directly to clients. </li><li>Act as a service coordinator for families, ensuring comprehensive support. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>State and national licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT). </li><li>Current certification in infant/adult CPR and First Aid. </li><li>Compliance with all DPH health standards, including background screening. </li><li>Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel. </li><li>At least 1 year of experience working with young children. </li><li>Spanish language proficiency is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Benefits and Incentives</p> <ul> <li>Generous time-off package. </li><li>Comprehensive health and dental insurance options. </li><li>403(b) retirement plan with employer matching. </li><li>Paid life insurance and long-term disability benefits. </li><li>Professional advancement opportunities, tuition assistance, and additional benefits. </li></ul> <p>Want to learn more about ServiceNet?</p> <p>https://www.servicenet.org/</p> <p>ServiceNet is an equal opportunity employer.
