<p>Description</p> <p>Summary/Objectives:</p> <p>To support and monitor the many facets of the digital banking platform(s). To work alongside the AVP, Digital Banking Manager to help support customers (internal/external) and complete the day-to-day tasks associated with managing the platforms.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Complete and assist with the day-to-day functions/operations of the digital banking suite of products at the directive of the VP, Digital Banking Manager (DBM). </li><li>Daily report review and platform monitoring, escalating any issues/concerns to VP, DVM or other designated superior. </li><li>Assist with digital banking helpdesk tickets and any other employee/customer concerns/issues. </li><li>Assist with education efforts to other departments/branches/customers. </li><li>Completion of daily processes, general ledger tickets and monthly general ledger reconciliations. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li><li>Intermediate computer skills. </li><li>Strong communication skills. </li><li>Demonstrate willingness to be a team player. </li><li>General knowledge of electronic banking processes. </li><li>Excellent customer service skills. </li><li>Ability to multi-task and prioritize. </li></ul>
