In this pivotal role, you will lead strategic initiatives that maximize funding opportunities and forge powerful partnerships to propel our mission forward.</p> <p>What You Will Do:</p> <ul> <li>Lead with Vision - Drive strategic philanthropy by leveraging and distributing grant funds to support SRHS's top priorities. </li><li>Strengthen Partnerships - Cultivate and maintain relationships with local, state, and national funders to expand philanthropic opportunities. </li><li>Innovate in Healthcare Philanthropy - Stay at the forefront of best practices and innovative funding approaches to ensure impactful, outcome-driven grantmaking. </li><li>Manage & Inspire - Supervise a team of four Strategic Philanthropy Project Grant Managers, providing mentorship, oversight, and training. </li><li>Ensure Accountability & Excellence - Oversee project management, grant implementation, evaluation, and reporting to meet key performance goals. </li><li>Collaborate with Leadership - Serve on the SRF core leadership team alongside the Senior Director of Philanthropy and Senior Director of Operations. Regularly report progress and impact to the Board of Trustees. </li><li>Engage the Community - Build strategic partnerships with businesses, universities, nonprofits, school districts, and professional organizations to foster collaboration and innovation. </li></ul> <p>What You Bring:</p> <p>Minimum Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Education: Bachelor's Degree </li><li>Experience: </li><li>8+ years in project management and grant award distribution </li><li>Proven leadership in community impact and innovation initiatives </li><li>Experience supervising teams (minimum of two direct reports) </li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal) </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Expertise in grant writing, evaluation, and reporting </li><li>Experience managing federal and private grants </li><li>Successful track record in securing and overseeing $1M+ in annual funding </li></ul> <p>What to Expect:</p> <p>This role requires flexibility, including frequent travel and some evening or early morning commitments to achieve philanthropic objectives.
