We are consumer-oriented, and we act responsibly all along the value chain.</p> <p>What You Will Do:</p> <p>This position is responsible for managing deployment to support Distribution Center to Distribution Center cascading. The position requires a strong focus on ensuring the adequate stock is deployed to meet external service expectations. It requires frequent interaction with the S&OP and Distribution teams to resolve issues that may arise with shipment fulfillment and execution.</p> <ul> <li>Manage deployment of inventory to DC to DC cascading </li><li>Ensure adequate stock is deployed to meet external service expectations </li><li>Process & maintain orders as needed. Interact with S&OP to prioritize product and shipping needs </li><li>Maintain correct stock levels across network by creating order / stock transfers and redistribution </li><li>Maximize fill rate, coordinate shipments and receipts and track shipments from HUB to Mixing Center </li><li>Coordinate with S&OP for confirmation, prioritization of stock and work closely with DCs to facilitate timely shipments </li><li>Publish execution KPIs and provide root cause analysis </li><li>Maintain system-cleaning of old or failed deployment orders and manage master data </li></ul> <p>What We Are Looking For:</p> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree within the last 12 months OR must have graduated with a Master's degree within the last 12 months.
