This is a flexible position that allows you to work across multiple divisions and locations using an online scheduling platform. Relief are a large part of the Residential Teams; providing a wide range of direct care support for individuals with Brain Injuries and/or Mental Health Recovery services. This is a great opportunity for students pursuing a degree in social work, psychology, healthcare / nursing, early intervention services, human services, etc. to gain experience and exposure.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assists residents with ADL's (which may include the use of adaptive equipment); dining guidelines / protocols; and personal care </li><li>Help prepare meals, clean, do laundry, grocery shopping, and help keep the home pleasant and comfortable </li><li>Transportation to/from appointments, community events, etc. </li><li>Complete daily shift notes, data tracking, and any other individual record keeping that may be assigned </li><li>Assist with the development and implementation of individual support goals </li><li>Administer medications once certified </li><li>Remain current on agency certifications / trainings </li><li>Other programmatic tasks assigned by the Program Director / Site Manager </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record </li><li>Physical ability to perform the requirements of the position </li><li>Basic Computer Skills </li><li>Must possess the ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner both verbally and in writing </li></ul> <p>Benefits / Incentives:</p> <ul> <li>Flexible Scheduling </li><li>Paid orientation and training </li><li>Career Growth / Education </li><li>Advancement Opportunities </li></ul> <p>Compensation Pay Range Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>$17.50/hr: For individuals with less than 1 year of experience in residential services and without MAP certification </li><li>$20/hr: For individuals with 1+ years of residential service experience and active MAP certification </li><li>Base $18/hr + $2/hr MAP certification differential </li></ul> <p>Want to learn more about ServiceNet?</p> <p>https://www.servicenet.org/</p> <p>ServiceNet is an equal opportunity employer.
