The ideal candidate will demonstrate hands on experience in process and plant turn-around efforts and be able to communicate and execute rapid lean transformation activities. A focus on servant leadership, managing to structured strategy deployment and critical performance metrics will be expected. This site is experiencing significant growth and an expanding site plan.
