Rooted in humankindness, our ministry is at the heart of everything we do and can be seen in every patient we touch.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Commonspirit Health at Home is seeking a dedicated Clinical Education Consultant!* </li><li>Join us in fostering a culture of excellence and employee empowerment!* </li></ul> <p>'The job involves travel requirements of 50-75%.'</p> <p>At Commonspirit Health at Home, we strive to embody our mission of delivering hope and healing to those we serve.The Clinical Education Consultant is a high functioning RN leader, available to support agency locations and integration needs.</p> <p>This role encompasses:</p> <ul> <li>Managing clinical education via remote support and onsite deployment. </li><li>Conducting initial and ongoing training and in-services for all clinical staff. </li><li>Developing and maintaining accurate training materials. </li><li>Overseeing orientation programs and co-visiting with field staff to ensure effective education. </li><li>Collaborating with operations management on training development based on clinical needs. </li><li>Supporting staff competency testing and mentoring of new clinical personnel. </li><li>Ensuring adherence to clinical program standards and instructing staff on clinical software. </li><li>Assisting with training needs across locations as assigned by management. </li><li>Contributing to the annual education calendar and participating in Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI). </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Generous annual bonus opportunity based on company performance </li><li>Excellent holiday and paid time off plans </li><li>Medical, dental, and vision plans </li><li>Tuition reimbursement for degree-seeking students </li><li>Employer contribution to your 401(k) </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Current RN license in good standing.Compact RN License (Preferred) </li><li>CPR or BLS Certification. </li><li>Eligibility for licensure in all operating states, with applications required within 60 days of hire. </li><li>OASIS certification within one year of hire. </li><li>Two years of clinical education experience in home health or hospice; three years in clinical home care or hospice required. </li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills, with proficiency in multiple software programs. </li><li>Knowledge of home care regulatory requirements and experience in performance improvement. </li><li>Strong computer skills, familiar with multiple software programs including Windows based programs. </li><li>Excellent flexibility and adaptability as it relates to seamlessly transitioning into new locations, adapting to differences in each location, and customizing strategy to meet individual and organizational needs </li><li>Excellent organizational, time management and administrative skills, including the ability to set priorities, manage multiple demands effectively, use good judgment, as well as work independently and interdependently to achieve positive and timely results. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to effectively lead, train, develop, establish and maintain behavior and performance expectations, evaluate and manage employee performance </li></ul> <p>At CommonSpirit Health at Home, we are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in every aspect of our organization.
