<p>Our client is committed to delivering exceptional legal services in family law, assisting clients in navigating complex and emotionally challenging situations with compassion and expertise. They are currently seeking to add an Executive Assistant to their team.</p> <p>Salary/Hourly Rate:</p> <p>$80k - $100k</p> <p>Position Overview:</p> <p>Our client is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support one of their partners. This role is vital for ensuring the smooth operation of the partner's practice and upholding high standards of service.</p> <p>Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Administrative Support:</p> </li><li> <p>Manage the partner's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.</p> </li><li> <p>Handle incoming and outgoing communications, such as emails and phone calls, with professionalism and discretion.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare and edit correspondence, legal documents, and presentations.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain and organize both physical and electronic files, ensuring all documents are correctly filed and easily accessible.</p> </li><li> <p>Client Interaction:</p> </li><li> <p>Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing outstanding customer service.</p> </li><li> <p>Schedule client consultations and follow up on client inquiries.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare client billing, track payments, and manage accounts receivable.</p> </li><li> <p>Case Management:</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with case preparation, including gathering information, conducting research, and compiling documents.</p> </li><li> <p>Track case deadlines, court dates, and other key milestones.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with court personnel, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in cases.</p> </li><li> <p>Office Management:</p> </li><li> <p>Order office supplies and ensure the partner's office is well-equipped and organized.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with organizing firm events and client seminars.</p> </li><li> <p>Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations.</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Experience/Skills for the Executive Assistant:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in a legal environment. </li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). </li></ul> <p>Preferred Experience/Skills for the Executive Assistant:</p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with legal terminology and family law practices is a plus. </li><li>Ability to manage sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion. </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively with clients, attorneys, and staff. </li></ul> <p>Education Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree is required. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Medical, dental, and vision. </li><li>401k. </li><li>PTO. </li></ul>
