Join our RBT program to experience the advantages of earning your certification -progression, increased knowledge, and a sense of fulfillment-allowing you to continue making a meaningful impact in our program.</p> <p>Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour</p> <p>Employee Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Holidays, and wage increases </li><li>Drive time and mileage reimbursement </li><li>Paid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification training </li></ul> <p>Job Duties</p> <ul> <li>Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with Autism, conducting sessions in schools and potentially homes and community settings for additional hours. </li><li>Work under the guidance of a program supervisor, instructing clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence. In addition, ABA Behavior Technicians assist in addressing challenging behaviors. </li><li>Duties also include collecting, organizing, and summarizing behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals. </li><li>6-month commitment to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication, is essential to the role. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>Availability during school hours from 8:15am - 3:00pm Monday to Friday </li><li>Childcare experience required </li></ul> <p>About Community Autism Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group</p> <p>The Stepping Stones Group grew from a simple belief: That every child is born with a special set of gifts.
