<p>Location: Bridgewater, NJ (Hybrid - Minimum 2 days/week in office) with regular travel across the US and internationally</p> <p>EUROAPI US is seeking a dynamic API Solutions Sales Manager to spearhead our growth and profitability in North America. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives and cultivate key client relationships.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Manage key customer relationships and ensure exceptional service. </li><li>Develop annual sales targets and strategic plans. </li><li>Negotiate commercial terms and customized solutions to secure sustainable supply agreements. </li><li>Track and manage new business opportunities (using SalesForce CRM). </li><li>Monitor sales and margin performance, implementing corrective actions as needed. </li><li>Expand market share through robust commercial strategies, in collaboration with global marketing teams and industrial sites project managers. </li><li>Represent EUROAPI US at national and international events (DCAT, CPHI…). </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Sales, Procurement, Business or a Science-related field (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry preferred). MBA is a plus. </li><li>5-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or procurement. </li><li>Deep understanding of the US pharmaceutical market, especially APIs. </li><li>Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is desirable (Spanish, French). </li><li>Proven track record of building long-term customer relationships. </li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. </li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. </li><li>Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably SalesForce. </li><li>Willingness to travel regularly within the US and internationally. </li></ul> <p>Apply now and be part of our journey to deliver exceptional value to our customers!</p>
