<p>Position Summary</p> <p>Maintain and run classic road and race cars ranging from years' 1910 through 1970 supporting outside of MacAllister business.</p> <p>Position is responsible for a variety of tasks ranging from maintaining, repairing, and restoring vintage race cars, motorcycles, and trucks.</p> <p>Position Duties/Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Maintain, Repair, and Prepare 11-12 Historic Race cars for use at 5-7 events annually. </li><li>Support race cars at race events in the US and overseas. </li><li>Support Classic cars on road rallies as needed. </li><li>Restore, repair, and Maintain 100 plus motorcycles. </li><li>Restore, repair, and maintain 10-12 classic trucks. </li><li>Maintain 60 plus Vintage cars in collection. </li><li>Maintain and repair and clean all Classic seasonal driving cars. </li><li>Clean and check all everyday road cars. </li><li>Maintain workshop in a clean and tidy Manner. </li><li>Fabricate parts as needed. </li><li>Machine parts as needed. </li></ul> <p>Position Requirements</p> <ul> <li>10 years of experience working on Automobiles. </li><li>Experience in racing at a high level </li><li>Classic/vintage car repair experience </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent </li></ul> <p>Other Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Basic machining skills. </li><li>Basic fabrication skills. </li><li>Basic composite skills. </li><li>Work with others as a team. </li><li>Have good communication skills. </li><li>Be self-motivated. </li><li>Be able to work on one's own. </li><li>Be professional and presentable when representing the company. </li><li>To always work to a precise and high standard. </li><li>To be forward thinking and conscientious. </li><li>Be able to make decisions. </li><li>Work in a clean and tidy manner and keep the workshop clean and organized at all times. </li><li>Be able to supply all tools required to carry out the work required for this position. </li><li>Occasional overnight travel </li></ul> <p>The duties and responsibilities described here are not a comprehensive list, and the scope of the job may change as necessitated by business demands.</p> <p>All MacAllister Machinery companies are an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer, including Disabled and Veteran Applicants</p>
