<p>We seek a dynamic and experienced Group Practice Manager (GPM) to join our team. This position oversees the administrative and operational functions associated with assigned practices. The GPM is critical in ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient operation. This includes ensuring smooth and efficient office operation, inventory control, personnel management, patient experience, compliant office operations, and patient flow. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, takes pride in their work, likes being part of a team, can work independently, and has great attention to detail.</p> <p>Excellent salary up to $52,000 based upon experience with competitive full-time benefits. Quarterly bonus incentives are paid to all staff that meet defined eligibility criteria. Your eligibility in our comprehensive benefits program will begin the first day of the month following your official start date.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee all front desk operations. </li><li>Recruit, hire, train, and supervise personnel. </li><li>Review and respond to patient inquiries and complaints. </li><li>Supervise patient scheduling, registration, eligibility verification, and fill-in for staff as needed. </li><li>Develop, implement, and monitor office procedures to improve office flow and overall operations. </li><li>Review the office budget and expenditures and work to ensure the practice stays within the budget parameters. </li><li>Review and respond timely to patient inquiries and complaints. </li><li>Coordinates schedules for new providers and modifies exiting provider schedules as appropriate. </li><li>Ensure the office is compliant with all policies and procedures, including, quality, safety, and risk. </li><li>Answer incoming calls, obtain, and relay messages properly through email or EMR system as needed. </li><li>Monitor provider schedules and maintain the flow of the clinic. </li><li>Attend community events to educate and promote services. </li></ul> <p>Benefits and Perks:</p> <ul> <li>Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance (Eligible first of the month following hire date) </li><li>15 paid days off. </li><li>9 1/2 paid company holidays, including your birthday. </li><li>401K with Company Match. </li><li>Eligible for Quarterly Bonus </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>An associate's degree or higher educational attainment is preferred; at least two (3) years of medical office experience will be considered equivalent. </li><li>Minimum of three (3) years of office management experience, preferably in a medical environment. </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make timely decisions in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Knowledge of clinical documentation, charge entry process, and insurance verification. </li><li>Proficiency in using software applications including EMR, Microsoft Office, and payroll systems. </li><li>Certification in Medical Practice Management (CPPM) or similar is a plus. </li></ul>
