<p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>As an Evernorth Fulfillment Pharmacy Project Senior Advisor, you will partner with stakeholders to define strategic requirements to meet future business growth and enhanced capabilities. Finalize and maintain project scope, budget, floor layout and design, and project schedule to achieve targeted timelines and business value. Drive project alignment with stakeholders and execution teams, manage project meetings and documents, and resolve risks and issues as they arise.</p> <p>Assist with strategic analysis, recommendations, and socialization with key partners and leaders. Help create and execute funding documentation as required for new projects, including business value, project cost estimates and defined dependencies with all business partners.</p> <p>This position is in-office aligned and will require the flexibility to perform onsite 3 days per week at a designated Cigna facility.</p> <p>Primary Functions</p> <ul> <li>Lead or facilitate sessions with large, cross-functional, cross enterprise teams in defining and negotiating project scope, creating documentation of business requirements which guides the application development and engineering efforts to ensure successful implementation of business requirements. Communicates to all levels within the organization, providing project status reports and analytical summaries and escalates issues as needed </li><li>Analyze opportunities to improve capacity, capabilities, cost to fill, productivity, patient service, optimize processes and provide recommendations for possible solutions. Take initiative to work with IT and business partners to implement solutions that enhance fulfillment capabilities, application reliability and infrastructure utilization. </li><li>Able to navigate through a large, de-centralized organizational structure to identify, engage, and influence SMEs and project stakeholders. </li></ul> <p>Key Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, MIS, Business Administration or related field preferred </li><li>7+ years relevant fulfillment operations or project management experience leading large, complex initiatives </li><li>Demonstrated knowledge applying project management principles and methodologies; PMP or related certification preferred </li><li>Experience working within Accredo and/or Express Scripts fulfillment pharmacy operations environment desired </li><li>Knowledge of RxHome and Safire applications preferred </li><li>Business and technical acumen </li><li>Broad background and exceptional skills in relationship building </li><li>Working knowledge of MS Office application software (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project) </li><li>Proven organizational skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and develop a detailed work plan to ensure project success </li><li>Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve issues </li><li>Strong critical thinking skills; strong knowledge of data analysis techniques to interpret results </li><li>Possess excellent communication (oral and written), presentation, and facilitation skills. </li><li>Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization </li><li>Strong requirements elicitation and conflict resolution skills </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple complex assignments, projects, priorities and timelines </li><li>Estimated travel expectation of 25% </li></ul> <p>rev 04/29/2025</p> <p>If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.</p> <p>About Evernorth Health Services</p> <p>Evernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, creates pharmacy, care and benefit solutions to improve health and increase vitality.
