<p>Job Title: HYBRID LSRP Environmental Manager</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr Environmental Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental science, engineering, or a related discipline, with extensive experience in remediation, environmental assessments, and regulatory compliance. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects, develop new business, and lead a team of talented professionals.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Maintain an LSRP License and manage environmental projects. </li><li>Accurately interpret investigative findings within applicable regulatory contexts and conceptualize remedial actions. </li><li>Prepare technically accurate, regulatory-compliant, and defensible reports in a timely manner and within budget. </li><li>Develop new business through industry and network connections. </li><li>Cultivate repeat business from existing clients by delivering excellent client services. </li><li>Supervise and manage staff performance, conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and mentor for professional growth. </li><li>Focus on investigation and remediation of PFAS and other emerging contaminants. </li><li>Lead the preparation and modification of reports, specifications, plans, and designs for projects. </li><li>Implement sound professional judgment and perform complex analyses for broader engineering projects. </li><li>Manage multiple projects and tasks within specific budgets, schedules, and deadlines. </li><li>Monitor budgets, schedules, and project timelines to minimize write-offs and keep projects on budget. </li><li>Apply standard practices and techniques to unusual situations or devise new approaches to problems. </li><li>Perform other duties as requested. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline. </li><li>LSRP license. </li><li>15+ years of experience in remediation, due diligence, environmental assessments, investigations, and remediation. </li><li>Technical knowledge of NJDEP, PADEP, RCRA, MGP, PFAS, and superfund regulations. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Professional Engineer (PE) is a plus. </li><li>Experience in remediation technology selection and evaluation, pilot testing, remedial system design, environmental permitting, and feasibility studies. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>This role offers a hybrid work environment with the flexibility to work from home two days a week. The Philadelphia office comprises a team of 90 individuals, with a smaller environmental team handling projects independently.
