Safely produce parts in accordance with work instructions and quality standards.</p> <p>Hours:1st shift</p> <p>Primary work hours are between 6:00a - 4:30p Monday- Thursday. Over time as needed</p> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent. </li><li>Prior experience with manual or Computer Numerically Controlled Horizontal Lathes </li><li>Prefer experience with Statistical Process Control. </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities and Duties</p> <ul> <li>Set up machines to run parts as defined by the planning documents. </li><li>Operate machines to safely produce component parts to production and quality targets. </li><li>Perform in-process inspections. </li><li>Make machine adjustments as necessary to maintain product conformance. </li><li>Track quality using various run charts. </li><li>Segregate non-conforming products. </li><li>Acquire consumables from plant stores. </li><li>Perform changeovers to machines as necessary. </li><li>Perform tooling changes and touch-offs </li><li>Communicate to Process or Cell Technician and Leadership as necessary. </li><li>Perform work by SOPs and safety rules. </li></ul> <p>Ergonomic Focus</p> <ul> <li>Working machine station. </li><li>Making adjustments to switches and dials. </li><li>Using various measuring devices. </li><li>Lifting up to 20 lbs. frequently </li><li>Standing/walking/sitting during a 10-hour work shift </li></ul> <p>Hours:1st shift</p> <p>Primary work hours are between 6:00a - 4:30p Monday- Thursday.
