This role is crucial for the development and delivery of our Projects & Consulting unit, aimed at achieving tangible business outcomes for both existing and new clients.</p> <p>YOUR TASKS</p> <ul> <li>Participate in the development and delivery of supply chain projects for various global clients and deliver end-to-end fulfilment business solutions. </li><li>Accountable for own project deliverables that could be related to documentation of identified process challenges, potential improvements and benefits, report out, or business cases. </li><li>Utilize process and technology expertise to provide improvement recommendations and propose the solutions to steer clients in their transformation journey. </li><li>Create and conduct convincing presentations and put own ideas forward to client. </li><li>Keep abreast of technology developments, their strengths and weaknesses and suggest technology related improvements within the given area of expertise. </li></ul> <p>YOUR PROFILE</p> <ul> <li>2-5 years of experience in the fulfilment area of supply chain. </li><li>Several years of experience in fulfilment platforms implementations. </li><li>Experience in target operating model design, process design (process flows, narratives, operating procedures, control frameworks) and documentation preparation. </li><li>Good knowledge and working experience with SAP supply chain modules (SD, MM, TM, WM) is desirable. </li><li>At least Bachelor's Degree educational background and English at CEFR Grade C1 (Advanced) or equivalent. </li><li>Experience in client facing activities (i.e. workshops, presentations, training). </li><li>Experience working in a global and complex business environment; BPO/SSC experience is a plus. </li></ul> <p>WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE</p> <ul> <li>Practical benefits: private medical care with Medicover with additional packages (e.g., dental, senior care, oncology) available on preferential terms, life insurance and access to NAIS benefit platform. </li><li>Access to over 70 training tracks with certification opportunities (e.g., GenAI, Excel, Business Analysis, Project Management) on our NEXT platform.
