<p>Therapist Intensive Foster Care</p> <p>Salary: $60,000 - $66,500</p> <p>We are hiring for a new Therapist to be part of a transformative team working with in our Intensive Foster Care Program. This role will provide client-centered and effective services to children and their families to increase permanency and create safe and nurturing environments!</p> <p>As a therapist in our Intensive Foster Care Program you will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Acts as a liaison between The Villages' families and referring agencies, the childrens families, schools, community resources and The Villages' administrative staff.</p> </li><li> <p>Assess the child and/or family needs, provision of counseling (including Medicaid billing and documentation), case management services using a child/family team approach; monitoring child/family progress.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide Therapeutic Supervision for visitation sessions.</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for ensuring the implementation of comprehensive services.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop SMART treatment plans that are monitored for completion per service standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Home based work required</p> </li><li> <p>Thorough documentation as defined by program and service standard</p> </li></ul> <p>On call, with nights and weekends is required</p> <p>Position Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>Masters degree in Social work with an emphasis on clinical practice, Clinical or counseling psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field</p> </li><li> <p>Training and experience in child, adult, and family therapy/counseling</p> </li><li> <p>Licensure through one of the following Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board:Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LSCW), LMFT, LMFTA, LMHC, or LMCHA</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Experience:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Two years previous experience in either foster care or social services</p> </li><li> <p>Previous experience in foster care, social services, behavioral health, or clinical setting</p> </li></ul> <p>The Villages of Indiana offers a team-oriented environment for case managers, social workers, and other child, family, and social services professionals with flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and benefits package.</p> <p>The Villages is Indianas largest private non-profit provider of Child and Family services, including Foster Care.
