<p>Job Title: Assistant Football Coach / Spring Sport</p> <p>Contract Length: 220 Days</p> <p>Reports To: Building Principal & Athletic Director</p> <p>Teaching Field: Social Studies</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>The Assistant Football Coach / Assistant Spring Sport Coach supports the development and success of student-athletes by assisting in coaching responsibilities for both the football program and a designated spring sport. This role emphasizes athletic skill development, academic achievement, and the promotion of sportsmanship.</p> <p>Essential Duties & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Football Coaching: </li><li>Assist the Head Football Coach in whatever position group assigned, developing game strategies, and mentoring student-athletes. </li><li>Contribute to the planning and execution of training sessions, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and program objectives. </li><li>Spring Sport Coaching: </li><li>Assist in coaching responsibilities for an assigned spring sport, including organizing practices, developing competition strategies, and fostering athlete development. </li><li>Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and promote a positive team culture. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Valid Arkansas teaching certification. </li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. </li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. </li></ul>
