<p>IT Business Analyst BI Services</p> <p>About the Role</p> <p>The IT Business Analyst serves as the channel between the customer community and the solution development teams, supporting the delivery and execution of the necessary technology services to the business by analyzing, refining and support the process to implement the requirements</p> <p>We're looking for people who embody our values, aren't afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace. If this is you, we'd love to talk.</p> <p>What You Will Do</p> <ul> <li>Facilitate workshops or key meetings to capture business requirements and perform as-is system analysis, understanding customer and user requirements. </li><li>Participate in pre-studies and analysis of business requirements to develop & document comprehensive requirement specifications that will determine the estimate of cost, time, and resources according to standard templates. </li><li>Support development of business cases and support the portfolio prioritization process. </li><li>Ensure that solutions meet business objectives and requirements outlined in the design documentation. </li><li>Continuously review and edit requirements, specifications and recommendations related to a proposed solution. </li><li>Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the designers to ensure a clear and complete understanding of the solution specification. </li><li>Support implementation of to-be processes, incl. training delivery to develop competencies within the business and increase their own capabilities. </li><li>Contribute to finding and implementing effective solutions in a matrix organization. </li><li>Key contact for business users in Latin & North America. </li></ul> <p>Who You Are</p> <ul> <li>Have an appetite for sharing experience and knowledge to develop competencies within IT colleagues and Business partners. </li><li>Strong written and oral communication skills to support and coach others on both IT and business sides. </li><li>Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and oral. </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills, to understand business requirements, IT set-up and to identify the root cause of issues and find effective solutions. </li><li>Master's-bachelor's degree in a relevant area and working experience. </li><li>Experience designing and developing solutions through analytic tools. </li><li>Basic understanding from end-user perspective of SAP, SQL, Data Warehouse, Power BI and MS Excel. </li><li>Ability to work effectively in a globally dispersed team and business partners. </li><li>Interest in Finance domain. </li><li>Empathy: Understand and address user concerns with compassion </li></ul> <p>What We Can Offer You</p> <p>At Essity, we believe everyone's learning and professional development is unique and want to empower employees to reach their full potential in a winning culture motivated by a powerful purpose.</p> <p>Collaborative and Inclusive Culture | Empowering & Engaged Leaders | Working with Powerful Purpose & Sustainable Impact | Learning and Growing in your Career | Supporting Well-being & Sustainable Working Life | Life-changing Innovations | Competitive Total rewards.</p> <p>More About (location)</p> <p>This position is offered with a hybrid working pattern.
