Prepare component and control system hardware design, software verification, validation, network design, and configuration. Review software hazards analysis, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and human factors engineering Develop the engineering cost estimate, schedule, and project specification. Participate in the bid specification preparation and vendor bid selection process. When engineering services are contracted, perform owners acceptance reviews, maintain responsibility for the work and manage schedule and cost. Plant Outage and Online Support for Modifications as required Perform technical and engineering problem-solving tasks to support nuclear plant operations.
