This position will provide helpdesk support/technical assistance to users regarding all aspects of the New York Incident Management and Report System (NIMRS). NIMRS is an incident management and reporting application that serves over 3000 users across 470 state and local facilities. Other responsibilities include training users and the development of training materials.</p> <p>Qualifications for Success:</p> <p>The successful candidates should be dependable, highly motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p>The successful candidates should be able to multitask and be flexible in moving from assignment to assignment as deadlines and priorities change rapidly.</p> <p>Datrose is an equal opportunity employer.
