Join us in shaping our future-and yours.</p> <p>Role reports to: Director Medical Sciences Skin Health</p> <p>Location: Summit, NJ</p> <p>Pay: $141,000 - $192,000</p> <p>Travel %: 10%</p> <p>What you will do</p> <p>The Associate Director, Medical Affairs, Skin Health & Beauty is responsible for medical affairs responsibility for the Skin Health portfolio and may assume responsibilities to support other brand platforms that may require support. This individual will bring diligent experience, medical/clinical thought leadership, medical/health expertise, health insights, digital/data science competencies, creative strategic foresight and strong influencing skills to lead without authority. This individual will</p> <p>apply their medical & scientific expertise to guide and inform R&D leaders as well as other medical, scientific, claims, scientific engagement, pre-clinical, and business leaders.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Help develop and implement strategic plans to advance the medical affairs division, </li></ul> <p>ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help shape product development and launch </li></ul> <p>initiatives, leveraging expertise in skin health and beauty.</p> <p>Participate in strategic organization of Skin Health publication strategy.</p> <p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help execute strategic medical brand planning.</p> <p>Work closely with mangers to organize and execute cross-functional medical affairs deliverables which includes but is not limited to: strategy sessions, scientific output, advisory boards, R&D input, safety input, and/or marketing input.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Contribute to scientific publications and presentations to showcase expertise in the field.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain accurate records of project information and ensure proper retention of records and raw data.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide medical review for promotional review content as required, and be involved in medical writing support for company core data sheets, drug safety analyses, and publications.</p> </li><li> <p>Additional responsibilities for products may include aiding with a wide range of Regulatory classifications (New Drug Applications (NDAs), Monograph Drugs, Medical Devices and combination products).</p> </li><li> <p>This individual may serve as a medical monitor and or study director to clinical</p> </li></ul> <p>studies/consumer research studies.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements in medical affairs related to skin health and beauty, incorporating new insights into research and development projects.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.</p> </li></ul> <p>What we are looking for</p> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>US-based medical leader (MD/DO or equivalent); dermatology experience is preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 5 years of proven experience in medical sciences, medical affairs, and/or research and development</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present scientific findings</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to think strategically and drive results</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in mentoring and developing team members</p> </li></ul> <p>Desired Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Strong understanding of medical affairs program management and strategic initiatives</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaboration</p> </li><li> <p>Highly organized and efficient</p> </li><li> <p>Proven track record of contributing to R&D projects, advisory boards, scientific engagement and presentations</p> </li></ul> <p>What's in it for you</p> <p>Annual base salary for new hires takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Competitive Benefit Package*</p> </li><li> <p>Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time, Summer Fridays & More!</p> </li><li> <p>Learning & Development Opportunities</p> </li><li> <p>Employee Resource Groups</p> </li></ul> <p>This list could vary based on location/region</p> <ul> <li>Note: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
