As valued team members, students are also encouraged to share and implement their own ideas, enhancing both their personal growth and the collective success of the team.</p> <p>Description</p> <p>Description:</p> <p>This position provides operational support for TX-65 programs designed for current students and recent college graduates who are part of the following Professional Talent Development Programs: Gen>NEXT student program and PACE. The role will interface with a variety of associates and managers in various departments throughout Plant Spartanburg, utilize various computer applications and phone communications daily, and attend regular meetings for our Talent Development Programs. The position is open for an intern (one rotation) or for someone that wants to commit as a co-op (three rotations, alternating with school terms).</p> <p>The qualified intern/Co-op should expect to contribute & improve in the following functions:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Schedule various meetings and training sessions.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with documentation tracking and filing, collecting and analyzing data, and tracking training completion for Associates in programs</p> </li><li> <p>Create, review and revise program promotional documentation, forms, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Support new hire onboarding activities</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain project plans and task lists for various individual and team projects</p> </li><li> <p>Attend meetings and compile minutes and action items</p> </li><li> <p>Create presentations and communication documents using Corporate Identity standards</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate and attend PACE Inside Scoop Sessions</p> </li><li> <p>Attend PACE monthly Roundtable and Steering Committee meetings.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate and attend Gen>NEXT virtual workshops, in-person workshops.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor and respond to Gen>NEXT operations and PACE email inbox</p> </li><li> <p>Updates to various sources for program tracking</p> </li><li> <p>Present TDP monthly updates in TX-65 meeting</p> </li><li> <p>Create quarterly TDP Newsletter (PACE) & weekly Gen>NEXT newsletter.</p> </li><li> <p>Event coordination: scheduling, staffing, training (e, g. National Intern week in summer rotation)</p> </li><li> <p>Materials design/development</p> </li><li> <p>Research/analysis</p> </li><li> <p>Conducting surveys: seeking input and feedback</p> </li><li> <p>Needs assessment: providing input for continuous improvements</p> </li><li> <p>Evaluation/reporting: providing feedback on programs, associates' perspectives</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee Gen>NEXT LinkedIn strategy</p> </li><li> <p>Digitalization of processes: increased automation, data visualization, data-based decisions</p> </li><li> <p>National Intern week coordination (Summer rotation)</p> </li><li> <p>Gen>NEXT marketing video (Bi-annually)</p> </li><li> <p>APEX: continued maintenance and upgrades for Talent Development Programs and Future Talent Programs.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain and update Operational Lead Process Manual for PACE</p> </li><li> <p>Plan and coordinate annual PACE Graduation Ceremony (August)</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Pursuing BS/BA or advanced degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related field.</p> </li><li> <p>MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience required</p> </li><li> <p>Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to work independently on projects with minimal supervision</p> </li><li> <p>Position requires ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality</p> </li><li> <p>MS Teams and SharePoint experience (preferred)</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with databases and data visualization tools (e.g., APEX, Power BI) (preferred)</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with marketing, video editing, newsletter creation (preferred).</p> </li><li> <p>Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)</p> </li><li> <p>Have enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.</p> </li><li> <p>Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours / week).</p> </li><li> <p>Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.</p> </li><li> <p>MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT</p> </li><li> <p>Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.</p> </li><li> <p>THE WORK TERM DATES ARE August 11th-December 12th, 2025</p> </li></ul> <p>Talent Development Program Intern (FALL 2025)</p> <p>20250314</p> <p>Automotive</p> <p>Spartanburg, SC</p> <p>United States</p> <p>Legal Entity:</p> <p>BMW Manufacturing Co., LLC</p> <p>Spartanburg, SC</p> <p>Job Field:</p> <p>HR Operations</p> <p>Job Id:</p> <p>155111</p> <p>Publication Date:</p> <p>14.03.2025</p> <p>Internship</p> <p>FullTime</p> <p>Print Page</p>
