Our Children's Hospital for Rehabilitation offers inpatient care, day hospital care and a comprehensive range of inpatient and outpatient services.</p> <p>At Cleveland Clinic, everyone is a caregiver, including our essential administrative and non-clinical staff. All your efforts are crucial in helping us continue providing the exceptional care our patients and communities have come to expect. As Administrative Assistant II, your focus is on ensuring the smooth operation of Cleveland Clinic. In this role, your work improves coordination between the nursing, administrative and healthcare teams, allowing caregivers to deliver critical treatments and support. You will interact with physicians, nurses and schedulers, to support the Behavioral Health Institute (Developmental Pediatrics and Physical Medicine). Center for Developmental Pediatrics</p> <p>A caregiver in this position works 7:30am-4pm or 8-4:30pm</p> <p>A caregiver who excels in this role will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage and prioritize multiple assignments simultaneously and effectively.</p> </li><li> <p>Act as a liaison between internal and external customers by greeting customers, answering, and triage phone calls.</p> </li><li> <p>Administer calendar and schedule management.</p> </li><li> <p>Compose and prepare a variety of correspondence (e.g., reports, forms, presentation materials, messages, etc.) as required.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide coverage of other areas such as front end, point of service and registration.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate management functions and assist in special projects.</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>High School Diploma or GED</p> </li><li> <p>Three years of office experience</p> </li><li> <p>Experience using Microsoft Office Suite products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Associate's Degree</p> </li><li> <p>Typing proficiency of 35 wpm with accuracy</p> </li></ul> <p>Our caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities. While the pay range is displayed as an hourly rate, Cleveland Clinic recruiters will clarify whether the compensation is hourly or salary. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set, and education.
