<p>What's Your Purpose?</p> <p>Lead | Accomplish | Unite</p> <p>What You Will Do</p> <p>As the Community Director, you will manage, market and maintain the apartment community while maximizing employee resources. Your drive, leadership, and managerial skills are essential to forming a successful team and supporting the continued growth of each team member. Engaging, business savvy individuals will excel in this position. The ideal candidate should possess the following:</p> <ul> <li>Leadership: You will facilitate a high performing team through frequent communication and coaching of diverse skillsets to ensure property success. </li><li>Quality Control: You will provide feedback to the team on their performance, while building sustainable relationships through trust and interactive communication. </li><li>Expense Management: You will review and analyze the property budget to ensure expenses are maintained within guidelines. </li><li>CWS Values: You will embrace our core values and set an example to the team by demonstrating these values on a daily basis. </li></ul> <p>What Your Day Consists Of</p> <ul> <li>Lead team members </li><li>Create and monitor property's operations budget </li><li>Lease the community </li><li>Market the community </li><li>Maintain positive resident relations </li><li>Oversee make-ready process </li><li>Oversee service request process </li><li>Oversee accounts receivable process </li><li>Maintain accounts payable </li><li>Review and approve payroll </li><li>Communicate with customers, residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and CWS team members </li><li>Implement and maintain the CWS Risk Management and Safety Programs </li></ul> <p>What You Bring To Us</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED (required) </li><li>2-4 years of on-site management operations knowledge (required) </li><li>Onesite experience (preferred) </li><li>Possess a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance (required) </li><li>Able to adhere to set and variable work schedule, including weekends and emergencies as required </li><li>Able to adhere to company policies, procedures, and practices </li><li>Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships </li><li>Able to maintain a professional and ethical atmosphere </li><li>Possess supervisory/managerial skills </li><li>Knowledge with Microsoft Office </li><li>Able to perform work responsibilities at locations other than "home" property </li><li>Able to travel within major metropolitan areas and may be required to attend company functions in other cities </li></ul>
