<p>What we offer:</p> <ul> <li>Work-life balance. </li><li>Career advancement opportunities. </li><li>A great manager and team. </li><li>A compelling work culture and company values. </li><li>A sense of purpose and employee appreciation. </li><li>Support & Stability & Technology </li><li>Training </li></ul> <p>Located at our New Berlin, WI facility and supporting the Account Manager, our Assistant Account Manager will provide support to the sales team by performing a variety of administrative tasks, which includes maintaining sales department records, filing contracts, confirming receipt of equipment, and assisting with the preparation of contracts and quotes.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Prepares quotes, contracts, and RFP/RFI responses for potential customers. </li><li>Maintains all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations. </li><li>Maintains all sales demonstration tools and applications. </li><li>Coordinates job billing with the sales team. </li><li>Confirms the arrival of parts for service and contract projects and notifies appropriate personnel of arrival. </li><li>Files and maintains documentation according to record keeping and retention guidelines. </li><li>Attend sales meetings. </li><li>Responsible for reporting job progress to sales and leadership team. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) and 2-3 years of administrative experience supporting multiple individuals. </li><li>Administrative skills and experience. </li><li>Customer and personal service. </li><li>Attention to detail and ability to work independently. </li><li>Organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Personal computer skills, strong typing ability and knowledge of Microsoft Office. </li></ul> <p>Reasonable Accommodation</p> <p>Reasonable accommodation will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential job functions unless doing so presents an undue hardship on the Company's business operations.</p> <p>Other Duties</p> <p>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities required of the employee for this job.
