<p>Position Summary</p> <p>This position is responsible for the review, analysis, design, production, purchasing and inventory of the Department's Forms Program. Work includes but is not limited to forms development, business and process analysis, participation in database design, consultation on electronic data capture and enhanced workflow procedures and systems integration of electronic forms, data administration, and end user and forms program support. Through on-going consultation and audit, this position assures DOC forms adhere to policies, procedures, laws, and administrative rules to meet the state-level requirement for the management of forms.</p> <p>This position also serves as a member of the Public Records Team and has responsibility for ensuring that the Department meets all state, federal and Department requirements and regulations regarding public records and internal digital records management relative to managing and performing tasks related to audio, text and video redaction. This position assists with the Department's public records redaction program which consists of, but is not limited to, performing the following: digital records analysis, assisting in developing digital record redaction policies, conducting digital redaction activities, administering digital redaction training. The position assists with policy development, establishment of program goals and program reviews and serves as a back-up to the Forms Center Shipping and Mailing Associate.</p> <p>Salary Information</p> <p>The starting pay is between $55889 and $92206 per year, plus excellent benefits. Pay will be set in accordance with the Compensation Plan and Wisconsin Administrative Code in effect at the time of hire. The pay schedule/range is 07-03. The Department of Corrections will conduct criminal background checks on applicants prior to selection to determine whether the circumstances of any conviction may be related to the job being filled. Upon hire, all new DOC employees are subject to fingerprinting.</p> <p>The Department of Corrections may conduct pre-employment drug screens. Any applicant who is offered employment in a position which requires a pre-employment drug screen must pass the screen as a contingency to employment.</p> <p>NOTE: This position is eligible to work remotely up to 3 days per week.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Minimally qualified applicants will have experience:</p> <ul> <li>Managing a forms program (e.g. ordering, shipping, and stocking forms; reviewing and maintaining forms standards; liaison with IT provider for forms management, etc.). </li><li>Creating and updating paper and electronic forms. </li><li>Providing technical assistance and consultation to customers. </li></ul> <p>In addition to the above, well qualified applicants will have experience:</p> <ul> <li>Managing public records requests and performing text redaction services </li><li>Working with Wisconsin public records laws, policies, and procedures. </li></ul> <p>How To Apply</p> <p>To apply, click on "Apply for Job" to start the application process.
